Our Farm to Table Dining Experience......

The Manor on Golden Pond is pleased to announce our new Farm to Table Supper Club.  Each month our chef will scour the state for locally sourced and organically grown ingredients from local source to create a 5- course dinner of delectable cuisine.   Each dish will be hand crafted to draw out the taste and wholesomeness of the local harvest.

Freshness is the key to making a dish great. All ingredients for our farm to table dishes will be selected based on the season.  With guests becoming better informed about the foods they eat, we all love seeking locally grown foods , minimally processed and grown without pesticides.

Our Farm to Table Supper Club will take place the first Friday of each month with the first one happening Friday, July 7, 2017.    Each event will feature a 5-course prix fixe dinner featuring locally sourced dishes for that particular season.   Dinner will be served promptly at 6:30.   Each month we will offer a pairing option featuring a local winery or distillery
