Ingredients FILET CRAB CARAMELIZED ONION SAUCE |

Directions
Mix the crab ingredients and portion into 3 oz. Cakes Dice the onion and place into a very hot skillet When the onion turns brown add the cream and let this simmer Season the sauce with salt and pepper In a hot pan sear the meat on each side till dark brown In another pan with a little oil cook the crab cakes for 2-3 minutes on each side. For assembly top each steak with a crab cake and coat with the onion sauce |
