Farm to Table Dining Experience

The M Bistro Supper Club season had begun.   Chef Jeff pulls out all the stops and creates a dining experience that will leave  you talking for days. 

Our first event is June 7, 2019 at 6:30pm.  Weather permitting we will be eating outside on the deck with fabulous views of Squam Lake.   

Chef Jeff will be scouring the countryside to feature the local farmers in the area.
Our first farm to table dinner menu will feature:
    Crispy Pork Belly with fiddleheads, local mushrooms, ramp pesto
    Local Baby Lettuces with pickled spring vegetables, wild mushroom fritter and green parlic vinaigrette
    Beef En Croute, local beef and local chicken, wild mushrooms, local asparagus and sauce béarnaise
    Cheesecake with local strawberries, rhubarb and fresh cream

Plus we will serve some delicious flavor locally baked breads with fresh Guernsey churned butter.  Let me say


A wine pairing option for each course will be offered of some of our fabulous wines from our award winning wine cellar.


Chef jeff will guide you through each course with local hints and where to find these fabulous foods locally.

Our farm to table experience is $55 per person excluding taxes and gratuity.  The wine pairing option is at an additional charge.
